Peak hours — when the most tables are active and player competition is highest — typically fall between 7pm and midnight WIB. If you prefer quieter tables with lower player counts, we recommend checking the schedule during 10am to 4pm WIB, when casual players dominate.
During major events like Liga 1 semi-finals or Piala AFF group matches, table capacity often exceeds normal limits. We spin up additional studios during these windows, and the exagear app sends push alerts to all users 24 hours before a capacity surge, so you can plan ahead.
How to join a live table
- Open the Live Schedule tab. Scroll through available tables, filtering by game type (blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, etc.) if you prefer.
- Tap a table card. The detail view shows the dealer name, stake range, player count, and recent hand history if applicable.
- Check your balance. If your wallet is below the minimum stake, the "Join Table" button displays a "Fund Now" prompt. Tap to add credit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your stored method.
- Tap Join Table. The app loads the live video feed, dealer interface, and betting controls in real time. You see the current hand state and can begin placing bets on the next round.
- Place your first bet. Select your stake using the on-screen chip buttons, then confirm. The dealer announces your bet and the round proceeds normally.
Low-bandwidth and data-saving options
Our exagear app includes a "Low Data Mode" setting for users with slower connections or limited data plans. When enabled, the video feed reduces to 720p (from native 1080p) and we compress the dealer interface graphics. Gameplay remains identical — only visual quality decreases slightly.
In Low Data Mode, a 60-minute session uses approximately 120–150 MB of data. Standard mode uses 300–400 MB for the same session. Users in smaller Indonesian cities like Semarang or on regional carriers often benefit from this mode, especially during evening peak hours when network congestion rises.
You can toggle Low Data Mode in the Settings app section under "Streaming Preferences". The change takes effect immediately on your next table join.
Account balance, withdrawals, and settlement
Your exagear account balance updates in real time as you play. When you win a hand, your bet plus winnings are added to your wallet immediately. When you lose, your stake is deducted.
